Eligibility & Income Limits

Applicants may qualify for income-based units if their annual household income falls within the following AMI (Area Median Income) bands, based on household size.

Application Process

To apply for a Mixed-Income or affordable unit at Trella Uptown, please follow these steps:

  • Contact the Leasing Office: Reach out to our team to confirm availability and determine eligibility.
  • Schedule a Tour: Visit the property to explore our apartments and community amenities.
  • Submit an Application: Complete a separate application for each household member aged 18 or older.
  • Pay Applicable Fees: Include any required application fees.
  • Provide Income Verification: Submit documentation such as recent pay stubs, bank statements, or other proof of income.

Waitlist or Lottery: Depending on availability, qualified applicants may be placed on a waitlist for income-based units.
